Strength of mind, Strength of body

Be kind to yourself and find time for Yoga.  Allow yourself some space to unwind from a stressful and busy life.

Classes are designed to be suitable for those starting out as well as more experienced yogis.

At Asana Warriors we aim to inspire you to find greater life balance. Through yoga practice you can learn to mobilise your body, mind and soul, bring greater inner and outer strength.

Group classes take place on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings. Based in Croxley Green, at our own  Asana Summer House, classes are accessible both in person at our studio or online via Zoom.

Classes

Saturday Morning
10:30 am - 11:30 am

Hath yoga to set you up for the weekend. Incorporating a combination of relaxation, breathing exercises and full body mobility with flowing sequences. Classes are designed to relax, refresh and revitalise both your body and mind. 

Tuesday Evening
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Hatha yoga to help you recharge, switch-off and unwind. At Asana Warriors, we combine relaxation, full body mobility with flowing sequences that help to strengthen your core and relax the mind.

Flexible Pricing

Classes are priced a £8 per class or can be paid in advance as a 5 class pass to be used for 5 classes within a term. 

There is no membership charge. 

There are limited spaces in the studio, so these need to be reserved in advance. Classes are also accessible online via Zoom.
